Standard Work Flow

Pre-screening

Every time when we received a resume, We will verify this teachers qualification, working experience, skillset before we can send her resume to our client.

We will ensure that all information we provided is true and clear.


Shortlist Suitable Candidates

Check with the employer in detail regarding job requirement, teachers’ responsibilities, centre’s settings, class structure and so on, deeply understand the individual centre needs.

Recommend a few teacher candidates to the employer after our best matching.

Make sure the selected candidates could follow employer’s schedule. We will also provide consulting service regarding staff planning, MOM updating to help employer in decision making prior go into a real interview.


Assist Employers’ Interview

Arrange or company local candidate for employers’ interview

Arrange Webcam interview for overseas candidates (PRC, Taiwan, Philippines)

Assist through interview session, Sit with the employers during interview.

Give more details of the candidate after the employer’s interview.

Analyse with the employer regarding the candidate’s personality and accountability.


Apply Relevant Work Pass

The employer has the right to choose to apply applicant’s WP/ SP through their own WP online / EP online System or authorize us to process applicants’ WP/ SP through our agency WP online/ EP online system. Our expertise admin staff will complete the process efficiently.


Medical Insurance & Security Bond

If your organization do NOT have any group medical insurance, we will assist you to buy medical insurance for foreigner teachers.

We will help you purchase foreign teachers’ Security Bond if needed.

We can also assist you for purchasing Workman Injury Compensation Insurance if needed.


Foreign Teacher's Accommodation

Find a proper lodging for foreign teachers. Make sure the residential address is approved by MOM.

To help teachers to settle down and adapt new environment fast, we try to arrange their accommodation nearby your school.


Arrange Teacher’s Arrival.

According to your calendar and arrangement, we will inform our teacher's to be report to your centre base on your request date.

We will arrange transportation pick up foreign teachers from the airport.

We will assist teachers to buy phone card, E-Zlink card, change currency.


Arrange Medical Check-up.

Bring teacher to do medical check-up before they report to your school.

Make sure teachers have the necessary vaccination done.

Collect medical check-up result and pass the original or photocopy result to you.


New Teachers' Orientation

Brief teachers regarding Singapore Culture, how to take public transport, nearby amenities.

orientate teachers the rout from home to school.

Remind teachers about school’s requirement on dressing, grooming and other image related aspects.

Brief teachers with common rules and regulations of the school.

Try to ease teachers, avoid culture shock, so that they could adapt the working environment as soon as possible.


Work Pass Issue and Thumb print

After teachers’ medical clearance is done, we will issue teachers’ work pass online.

We will arrange teachers to do card registration in MOM after we have made the E-appointment with MOM.

We will accompany teachers on the actual day of appointment, make sure all documents requested by MOM are tidy.


Follow up with teachers

Follow up with school regarding teachers’ performance.

Counselling teachers if they have any issue during work or living.

Settle teacher’s early termination issue in need.


Assist teacher opening bank account.

Follow up with teacher to assist them to open a bank account
